>we come to an agreement
>we do it thru paypal.
>he says he'll send it out first thing in the morning
>this morning
>text him at 4:00pm "hey man did you send it out"
>no reply
>text him at 3 min ago "hey i trusted you enough to send the money through paypal can i at least get a response"
>still no reply

i almost have all information on him. i even have his twitter that he updated today? should i wait a little, i mean the kids like 17 years old or should i just figure out his parents number and nail his ass ASAP.
