Tldr: I am autistic and don't know how to stand.

Please explain to me how I should stand, or show me someone in this thread that's standing normally and I'll stand like that from now on.

I googled "how to pose men for photos" and literally every article I read started with an explanation of how men feel uncomfortable having their picture taken, don't know what to do with their hands, etc. Literally me. So the most common recommendations were things like stick hands in pockets, take pics with motion like a stairwell or while walking, or have the man lean on something.

I can't do the selfie pose most people here do, I'm too tall for the mirrors in my apartment so I wouldn't fit. Hands in pockets while standing still only works if you're sport coat is unbuttoned or else the lines get fucked, but I can do this more and just unbutton my coat for the pics.
Pics in motion are kind of hard with just a cellphone camera, especially in public. Same with a stair well pic.

So that sort of left leaning on things, then I read an article on contrapposto and the leaning on the column thing seemed like my best shot.

The chair sprawl/slouch was a bit of a joke and I thought people would hate that rather than the leaning on a pillar. Sitting down annihilates many aspects of a decent fit that would show in a pic but it hides an equal number of issues so if that's what people prefer I'll just take power shots of me lounging on furniture from now on.

Here's another pose from a previous fit, is this better or worse than the standing?
