Yeah, I understand that good clothes that are subtle but well tailored are superior to flashy branded belts or bags. But I have seen this study that says that displaying forms of luxury and wealth give a positive impact on your image, when they are also included in your look in a subtle way.

Is this true /fa/? Will buying luxury brands actually make people see me as a different person and thus treat me differently? I wish I could afford a fucking Omega or a IWC but I fucking can't, should I buy a fake one or is this article just bullshit? I need to fucking know, can't stop obsessing over it
