For what I've seen, only the recent Raketa Sputnik use the 2x12 disposition though, and it's mostly to have some colour gimmicks on the face. The rest use 24h.
Which is quite interesting to me, coming from a language that uses both AM/PM and 24 hours commonly, I've always been used to saying 16h rather than 4PM.
I dunno, they're weird and unusual, and I like that sort of unusual thing.
