I come to you seeking help.
I read the sticky, but I have some questions about jeans.

I can't remember the last time I wore jeans, it has literally been years. I lived in southern Arizona for most of my life, then moved to SoCal. I never really felt the need to wear jeans.

However, I want to get a pair or two and see how I like them. Its been 6+ years since I've had any on, maybe I will like them. Since I mostly wear shorts, I really have no idea how they are supposed to feel or look on somebody, I've never really paid any attention to how jeans looked on people, at least not really studying a good fit vs a bad fit.

So where should I go for 'Intro to Jeans', and what are some things I should look out for? What are some good combinations with jeans? Should I get a pair of blue, or black, or even one of each, permitting cost?

I have a substantial ass, and I own a pair of black skinny-jeans material shorts, and they give me a serious bubble butt. Should I avoid forcing people to take in my glorious cheeks, or is it high fashion?

I have a friend that recently got hired at the GAP, so I figured this was as good as it was going to get for jeans buying, what with the colder seasons coming up, might as well cash in on an employee discount.
