>T-Shirts
Most men just wore plain white undershirts, but there was some variation as time went on. Striped T-shirts, darker solid colors, and ringed collar t-shirts all became available towards the end of the decade. Usually tucked in. Wifebeaters were seldomly worn as outerwear, but some photos of greasers have a few.

>Shoes
Shoe types were relatively limited, and usually were just black/brown oxfords, derbies, basketball shoes and penny loafers. White buck shoes and saddle shoes were popular amongst college students, but the former usually required a bag of chalk to keep looking nice. Penny loafers were almost always brown, and black ones were considered extremely nerdy. Basketball shoes were either hi or low top converse, pf flyers, or similar clones in black, white, red, or navy. White crew socks were surprisingly common, as were black dress socks, argyle, and ‘fun’ patterns in subdued colors.

>Boots
Boots were typically worn by the working class, greasers, and rockabillies, and were usually service patterned (Think Iron Rangers, Corcorans, or US army issued Type II roughouts), engineer, or western style. Jeans were cuffed over boots, and stacking was considered poor form.
