I lost weight too and what helped was two things. First, you deserve to look good, wear good fitting basics, or even better learn to sew clothes. Second, you need distraction. No looking at mirrors and dwelling about your fat. This is a long road, enjoy the ride.

Been there bro. I bought boots and sneakers that did not fit at all too! Cant admit how much I spent on shit. And clothes I didnt need, many, many. At one point I felt like I was too autistic, I would regret every purchase. But dont give up. I have seen sunshine and got on the right track.
