Now for the man OP posted, I would say he should focus on a skin care routine, as well as cleaning up his eyebrows, and maybe a nice haircut. If he did that he would look much better. I have a similar hairline at 20 (started receding at 19), and have had as serious relationship, and got with chicks in college
