anyone here 10/10 but trash tier teeth? arguably crooked/buck teeth are effay but mine are beyond salvagable. unorginized and crowded not in a cute way. if i don't smile i'm a knock out.

I'm torn.

When i'm looking for big thick winter jackets like pic related do i size UP or keep it slim? Is it an exception to size up and puff up because it's intended for warmth?

Mine is sized medium & basically fits me snugly exactly like pic related BUT my rather long arms peak out just a tiny bit past the wrist so it ends up making the whole jacket look like it doesn't fit. Thoughts up sizing up and potentially looking too bulky with a Large just to accommodate for the poorly fitted sleeves?
