Hard to guess the exact number cus he hasn't got a lot of muscle mass.

But I'd say pick on left if probably 15% body fat. He probably has a small pop belly under the baggy shirt. (Again, hard to tell specifics cus he's not /fit/)

Pic on right is probably 8-10% bodyfat as Adams apple is visible. Pretty much anyone looks good at this percentage even if they don't have good genetics.

Good genetics essential means you look good at 15% bf and great at 8-10%
