helmut left the house (& quit designing) in 2005 when it was bought up by prada group (a little after that pt the brand was sold to another holding company -- cant recall which.) the clothes after 2005 are really just fast fashion in that theyre derivative, uninspired, questionably sourced, of breathtakingly low quality (...) really all u need to do is put ur hands on a piece for all the answers u need.
