would u guys still want a bod like this if it meant having an uggo face?

Cheekbones are nice but I've also noticed that some girls look not so attractive in the face after they lose a shit ton of weight i.e. they develop more prominent nasolabial folds and jowl-y cheeks.

This is what i'm really afraid of because I notice that when I lose weight I generally look more haggard and my face just looks less attractive but I don't know my friends tell me I'm crazy too when I complain about how my faces looks so there's that too. What are your guys thoughts?
