how bad is this? it's only at that one spot, my hairline is fine otherwise but it drives me up the fucking wall even though my hair usually hangs over it

i've been told once that it's not that bad but i feel like the pic i used wasn't good so here

also how often should i use shampoo and conditioner? right now i use both every day, my hair looks quite a bit worse if i go for a day without washing at all but i haven't really tried using one of them or just using water
