What hair product should I use if I want my hair to stay wet and hydrated?? My hair is as long as pic related but gets REALLY dry and frizzy whenever I go outside. I already use hair conditioner and hairoil but my hair still becomes dry af and frizzy when I go outside?? Is there a product that keeps it wet all the time??
