I'm Sardinian. Sardinia is a small island off the coast of Italy, with a reputation only of the Emerald Beaches and their world-class knives.

Pattada and Oliena make the best knives. Pattadan knives are handmade with razor sharp steel and ram horn handles. They are very practical. Sheep herders and fisherman use them daily, so you know they'll last forever.

They are expensive af though. Also I wouldn't buy one online unless you're speaking to one of the few families who make them, in which case you'll be charged 500-1500 euros.
