I am thinking a Heavy Industrial look while getting rid of the "dirt" element.

Future-Industrial + Hygenic . Scientific.

I would think about layers as layers provide for a variety of situations, maybe considering different variations for seasons would help get to the core of the look, what stays.

An "under layer" (White/light blue/grey) that looks similar to the [ MIT Biosuit ]
A [ Coverall ] [ >>12861367 ] on top of that, using distinctive colours to emulate the kind of colour coding systems used on industrial work sights.
A [ Body Warmer ] or [ Bomber Jacket ] or [ Overcoat ] on top doe sseem to "Humanize" >>12863448 I would think a
Solid boots. By bringing them up to the shin/Knee you accentuate the baggyness of the jumpsuit/ trousers to make them almost look like [ Jodhpurs ] and create that distinctive militant/military look.

Think these have too much of an Indiana Jones/ Adventure look to them. The second from left and far right here however >>12862591 . Light greys, blues, whites, Industrial dark-beige and Orange-Yellows. Gloves. Second from right has the kind of "under layer" look that makes it look like he has stepped from one module into another and donned the appropriate gear for that environment/work while still having an underlying motif. Caps, the kind of accesories corporations ( Distinctively in the 80's/90's) mass produced and threw out to "the team" for brand visability. I disagree with the logo thing >>12863517 but not more than one. You would have to look like you were part of a corporate project in space.
