Currently 5'7(170cm) and 161lbs(73kg), goal weight is about 140-145lbs, haven't ate all day and I'm planning on going running for an hour or so later, tomorrow I'm gonna lift for an hour and a half, and have a cheat day this weekend.

Current plan is 3 days cardio, 1-2 days lifting, one meal a day most days, limiting myself to 1,000kcal overall.

Im almost thinspo, /fa/. Just last year i was fat as hell but now im almost there, just 20 more pounds
