I think your pointing to the 12hr alarm on/off marker, and the crown to set it, and turn it on and off by pushing it. Very handy feature.

Those are the markers for the alarm hand. It's the red arrow shaped hand at the 12 o'clock mark. Hard to see.

What is the census on which is better? 60 or 30 min counters. On my Citizen it's 60 and I must admit it's hard to see the exact minute on the little dial.
