I've been using procion Mc dye but I get very mixed results. As we speak I have a milsurp swiss army jacket in a black dye bath; i'm gonna leave it for 2 days just in case but the previous attempts I usually get something halfway between 'overdye' look and an actual colour change.

it's cringe if you leave the logo on. just remove it and no one will be the wiser and you'll have a nice jacket with triple stitch seams, bartacks and decent cotton canvas shell.
