1. iron your shirts. this one improvement will take you from slob to "acceptable" (strictly speaking).

2. buy a watch. doesn't have to be a nice watch but it shouldn't be a casio. start with seiko or even timex. this will make you look like you have a job.

3. get a pair of loafers and a matching belt and don't wear sneakers again unless you're working out. if your pants have belt loops you wear the belt.

4. roll your sleeves back down, button them, and buy a sports jacket. this will elevate your entire look and demonstrate to people that you know what you are doing.
