I know it wasn't meant as a complaint, but I gotta call you something, don't I? I didn't know about Norse Projects, but it looks bomb. I'd gladly invest in some of their pieces to get something more neutral (and decent quality and timeless). Which, I believe, is what's missing? With too many fringe pieces it easily becomes a mess...
I'm kind of weary about the Nao grid though. I could see the color palette work, yeah, but the cardigans, the skirts, polo, sailer looking shirt... my trouble is that I've had these items, but I couldn't seem to wear them right. I suppose the challenge is to combine to create something tasteful without just copying the Nao style, yeah? Which could be done with layering, I suppose... hm. Come to think of it it seems like it would be awfully nice with a plain white T and a grey cardigan and a solid knit sweater and chunky black shoes like the low doc martens. It sure couldn't be wrong ;)

I don't know what looks best on me any more, man. Honestly, none of those looks look very good, really. Yeah, I think I look awesome in 14 when it's pouring buckets and it's also the rare occasion that I don't have a backpack with me (figures). 9 and 10 are for parties but at the parties here we wear togas like the original construction engineers (romans, get it?), and then in all of the sudden that looks better when imagining a party outfit. It becomes hard to say anything meaningful about what looks best. Also, I don't get the hype about finding one style? It looks great on a grid but ohmygod who the hell remembers what I wear from day to day and make sure the palette matches? As long as I don't confuse people about who I try to express myself to be, which I think I don't. One thing I can say for sure though: I feel best in layers. Plenty of layers. Which all of these show very poorly... I think that'll be my focus next time. But it'll probably be a loooong time until then. thx (:
