Jeans look better from the front. By "skinny" do you mean skin tight or just cut to female proportions. Would love to see the turtleneck with that top, but I also think it could look good with something tight fitting under.

Short arms on coat seems kind of goofy when they are that baggy. You could also use wider pants and/or heavier boots to balance out the proportions.
