The part of my body that holds the most mass are my thighs, to the point where it looks disproportional to my upper half, so I started running along with dieting and restricting.

But some people tell me that Ill just put on muscle and my legs will never be thin, while others tell me that if I dont exercise it will be almost impossible to get rid of the stubborn weight.

Who has the fucking answers??
