What the fuck do I do. My hair is basically straight, but it waves in a shitty way. It's basically fine but it gets thick in retarded spots

I have this haircut and it looks like shit, particularly the third picture. Looking at it is pissing me off. What should i do? My head is too small to pull off a buzzcut. I used to have a pixie cut but I'm sick of it.
