>Jackets: Thrift, jackets and coats last for a long time and probably the easiest category to thrift. You can find some incredible pieces for as low as 20-30$. 100$ budget for two different ones, the rest of the pieces are going to be boring as f so choose wisely and don't be afraid of colour etc.
>T's: Uniqlo, dry ones are good enough. 10 different colours like 80$
>Pants: Basic black denim, we on a budget so any brand goes as long as the fit is nice, 40$. Qlo ankle length trousers in black and gray, 80$. Blue denim 40$
>Shoes: 1461 off sales 80$, some white new balances off sales aswell call it 50$
>Dump rest on accessories like beanies, belts, maybe a ring or two since this shit boring. Something to spice it up a bit

Like said, boring but if I had to start a wardrobe from scratch, this is something I'd probably do. >>13528817 speaks the truth aswell, you can just thrift if you have the time and patience to look for the nice pieces.
