VICE is absolutely nothing like either of those things now.

Off the top of my head and aware that these comparisons are usually, and here, ludicrous and dumb, Undercover would be the closest thing to a "VICE of the fashion world."

Young, spunky, edgy upstart with limited availability turns into a mature, clear-minded, still sharp worldwide industry juggernaut, while still challenging the biggest players, and actually gets better along the way, though increased output means there's a lot of middling pieces not worth paying attention to.
