I'll say the same thing I said last time you posted this fit

the shirt a bit small
the lapels on the jacket are too wide without a pair of chunky boots to balance them out
the top and bottom half don't mix well

ways to improve would be switch the belt, pants and shoes to something more casual
the jacket is old and roughed up and the shirt is a casual pattern

you could go the opposite direction and switch the jacket for the same style but more tailored and the shirt for something subtler
a clean biker meets menswear look
either edgy a la Christian Dada or clean a la margiela
