Cerave products all the way. I don't get pimples anymore but when i see a rare one start to pop up, I use Clean and Clear Persa Gel 10 and it goes down in just a few hours.

Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque once or twice a week. Only stays on for 10mins and works great for blackheads. Need to lotion afterwards though because it really dries out your face.
