I'm going on 40 days without one, never thought I would get this far. I hadn't gone one day without since I started at 16, even while extremely sick and hating it. I'm doing it for health but also you automatically make half the population hate you. You are a slave to something too, which isn't a good thing. You get anxiety from quitting, but after a while I realized that smoking increases your baseline anxiety. Alan Carr's 'Easy Way to Quit Smoking' is pretty good for anyone looking to quit.

I still think it looks cool, but its a waste to have it in every photo of you (like it was for me), especially if you eventually die from it.
