Okay lads, will this f i n a l l y work?

>Low carbs (below 30 grams) diet
>High protein (200 grams a day or so)
>1500 calories (Maintenance is 2000)
>No junk food, sugar, snacks, fried food, anything unhealthy really
>Exercising 3 - 4 times a week, mixture of light cardio and strength straining
>(Intend to go from 15 minutes cardio warm ups to 30 cardio sessions, maybe every day)

That's about it. Anything else I need to change? 5ft 5, 115 lbs, about 20% body fat. Desperate to get body fat down, don't want weight to go down either (hence the strength training) but i'd rather be an underweight twig than skinnyfat.

Been doing this for a week and half and lost half an inch in waist, I think, while staying relative same weight.
