1. It's a cartoon. You'll never get it to loo exactly like a cartoon. Because it's a drawing.

I took a picture of Kaoru in, (not this exact image but something very similar), to my trusted hairdresser and he pretty much laughed and said "this isn't much to go by". Something like your image would be even worse. Hair just doesn't sit like that.

2. Makoto has shit hair.

If you're that hella on board with it take the photo into a hairdresser. They'll probably give you as good a cut as you're going to get and then sell an industrial drum of hair products. You're basically boned.
