I only like the SPB143 on nato or rubber, that goes for 90% of Seiko divers. I'd go for the SPB317 out of the two. I'd prob buy the SPB143 as I have the SPB151J1 (45% of Black Friday)

Yea it's got Zaratsu, I don't really understand why it would be a downside. Yea you have to get it sent to Japan to get it refinished, id never want a watch polished personally. I agree with everything else.
