As far as any of it goes, the only thing you can do is make her feel like a valuable person. Let her know that you care about her and her illness isn't the only reason you care about her. You can't save everyone family member.

Stayed below 1000 calories(usually closer to 500) for all but one day of last week went from 127-119lbs in one week. Purged the one day I went over.

Woke up feeling pretty good. Ate almost an entire plate of spaghetti. I'm obviously not going to eat anything more today, but I don't know if I should purge or not.
