It's that your top isn't slim enough. You kind of look fat. Get slimmer fitting tops. And don't hang your knit wear or it will stretch. And don't spend less than 30 dollars on knitwear or you will get absolute garbage. I am not against h&m on a budget but absolutely do not get their 20 dollar sweaters and cardigans, get at least the 30 dollar ones.
