CARTIER DOESN'T MAKE A SINGLE GOOD DRESS WATCH UNDER 10K

>Tank
For some reasons Cartier doesn't make the large model in steel with a mechanical movement. Mechanical is only available in gold, which starts at 15k.
>Tank Américaine
This one is hilarious. They can't make it "too good" because they don't want it to compete with the Cintrée. So they've put the shittiest automatic movement inside it and have fucked up the proportions. Terrible.
>Tank Française
Same as with the Américaine. The medium version has a quartz movement (5k+€ LMAO) and the large version an AUTOMATIC movement with a disgusting date window (6K+ LOL). Also awful bracelet.
>Santos Dumont
Same story: you can't get the large Dumont in steel with a mechanical movement. You CAN get the steel XL version with a mechanical movement though, but it's 47mm lug to lug which disqualifies it as a dress watch.
>Ballon
I don't even know what this watch is supposed to be. Dressy? Sporty? Smart casual I guess? Anyway it has a proprietary bracelet system, an automatic movement and is 12mm thick. Awful watch.
>Pasha
Same as the Ballon. Automatic, weird shape, proprietary bracelet system, looks weird... Who buy that shit?
>Ronde
36mm only comes in quartz, 40mm has a shitty automatic ETA movement.

Face it: the "real" Cartier starts at 15k with the rose gold Tank Louis mechanical movement (large version). Then you have all the crazy shit from the Collection Privée which are high horology tier, starting at 30k.
