Went from fat to thin, and discovered my belly button had this disgusting black stuff in it. It was hard and had hair in it, at first I thought it was just compacted hair. I tugged on it with some pliers and pulled it out, and it was like black with this really long tail.

I got it out now but still have some smelly white stuff in there. Going to give my belly button a break and clean it more later.
