Pleb here. I'm looking for a decent, entry-level watch (<$500).

I'd like it to have a dark-colored (black, charcoal, or gunmetal) metal band, with some kind of orange, red, or rose gold accents on the front of the case.

Almost like pic related, but without being chinkshit.

Wanted to get an automatic watch, but I've read that they are less accurate.

What are some sites where I can scroll through a shit-ton of watches to see if I find one that fits what I'm looking for? Tried Jomashop and Amazon so far.
