My collection:
>Omega Seamaster Professional Diver 300M (ca. 2017), ref. 212.30.41.20.03.001
>Zenith Captain Automatic Chronometre (ca. 1968), ref. 3050686
>Girard-Perregaux Consul Quartz (ca. 1985), cal. 843

Recommendations for complementary pieces?

Pic related is of the correct Zenith reference but is someone else's watch because every single photo I take of any watch ends up looking like trash

I have a vintage automatic mechanical watch that I love wearing but loses between 2 and 5 minutes a day, so obviously I need to have it looked at. Otherwise, the watch is in remarkably good condition for its age.

What are the basic dos and don’ts when it comes to repairing vintage watches? I know that polishing the case and restoring the dial are generally considered undesirable these days but what about servicing the movement?

Pic related isn’t my watch but is the same model.
