>3) sew on, or when you're at the tailor get them to also sew on some pockets of desired size, just bring them color matched canvas sheets and they'll do the work (if you dont have a sewing machine)

if you want a cheap sewing machine go to a pawn shop/online garage sales/kijiji/CL/ebay to find one, if its under $100 GET IT since most sewing machines new start at $100 and up, I found mine at a pawn shop that was fairly new for $30! The model I got is usually $100+ new so now I can tailor and make stuff whenever
