if i wasn't a trust fund baby i'd agree w/ you guys, im in a pretty good spot financially thankfully but even so i would hate to pay a lot for something thats not worth it to me. given the location and size of the space i didn't think 2.6k was that crazy after seeing the surrounding options. yeah I wish I could find something more charming but my time is running out and i've already been looking for months. the original place I wanted to lease (pic rel) was a little cheaper and much better looking but got snatched up quickly. im exhausted.

Having a small number of possessions helps. I remember whenever I went back to school to dorm I didn't bring half the stuff from my room at home and it was really easy to keep clean.

right now Im waiting for a spot to become available for something similar to pic related. I always wanted to live in a loft like that. I just ordered a new bedframe today and i've been saving potential furniture in my bookmarks. I think I will dowsize alot before I move there.

Moving soon, found this really nice loft. Thoughts?
