I've been fasting recently to try and once again become really thin. I've clearly lost some weight already, I'm thinner after just three days. The FAQ says this is just probably water weight... what does this mean? Also, do I have to keep this up forever if I want to keep the weight off? Or do I just do it until a point where I can eat normally again and keep the weight off because my body accepts the new weight, or some shit like that?
