I feel all black under the jacket may have worked better. It would look better to use the yellow rain jacket as an accent as opposed to melding it in with your shoes/bag. I also think a black briefcase or some mens handbag would be better then a backpack.

dull but good, your right cuff looks less then perfect and stylistically I don't have any love for synthetic button downs, they look cheep and tacky to me.
