Where the hell am I supposed to buy a nice polo these days?

Lacoste has turned to complete crap. PRL is too wide in the shoulders.

Requirements:

Must be Pique
Shell Buttons
100% cotton; Must be quality cotton. Pima is a plus, but not necessary
Not thin as fuck.
Sleeves not absurdly long/baggy
Good cut

It is extremely hard to find a polo that meets these requirements and fits well in the shoulders (seem at acromion process)
