I dont know man, I love Black Aoud I dont get any middle eastern vibes, but Dark Aoud is certainly one of the most vile piece of garbage I smelled

Try Mancera Black Line, less harsh than Black Aoud but still is pretty similar, I got bottles of both

You can try Noir de Noir as well

Theres also By Night, Black by promufi del forte that is somewhat similar as well

Some people say Voleur de Rose by l'artisan parfumeur is similar to black aoud but i dont think so, try it too i guess
