If you had your own sense of taste this wouldn't be a question. I'm not trying to be a dick; this is actually a really good thing. It just means that now you can recognize you still need to develop your own sense of personal style; go to the thrift store and try a bunch of shit on. Try to find the flaws in garment's. Fits, even ones you like. You have a lot of room to grow still. Just recognize this. For now, you are safest with just bringing stuff from your wardrobe that you think is the best. Be yourself. Anything inauthentic is going to ruin you at uni. I know this from first hand experience. Oftentimes the people who compliment my fits look like utter trash as they are not being objective with themselves and who they are.

All I'm saying is stop trying for an ideal and instead try to perfect the outward representation of yourself to the world around you, whether that be an ideal self or an imperfect self.

Be authentic and you'll be lightyears ahead of all the other people on this board.
