You had the right idea in matching your shoe color with your top.

I can't tell what they are, but the material looks cheap and it also looks like something you'd skate in.

With the top and bottom, especially how you rolled your pants it looks like you were aiming for a menswear style fit or something.

If you're intent on keeping your pants cuffed then wear proper boots, oxfords or something of that nature.

Usually you'd cuff, so your pants don't crash against your shoes and appear straight. I'd say tuck your laces in and make sure your jeans are properly over your shoe. If your jeans are too long then you can pull up your pants a bit.
