Hi fairly new to lurking /fa/, need some hair advice:

I have had a skinhead for 3 years and i'm a bit bored of it and have decided to grow it out; it's at a slightly awkward length at the moment and i'm not really sure what to do with it or what will look good.

The back is starting to get slightly too long relative to the top, but I feel it's too short all over to bother with a haircut right now, but you guys know best.

What will look good with my face shape, etc. and should I wait for it to be longer before cutting it when I have more options or cut it now and let it grow into its eventual style?
