the thing is I look up clothes mostly for myself and haven't found a lot of good mens shops, I only have experience with womens clothes

it's very simple once you get the hang of it, you learn to distinguish trustworthy shops with real pictures (not stolen from the internet) and the quality you see is exactly what you get. You can find some really cool stuff after you learn what to look for.

I haven't had any bad experiences, I know that brand stuff is at higher risk but you can ask your SS to rip off any tags and unless it's a giant recognizable brand logo you should be fine.
