I think these threads should get bannend on /fa/. They are /fit/ related so they belong on that appropriate board.

thats way too little as well though. 20%, maybe 30% under TDEE is enough to get healthy weightloss. If you do intermittend fasting by basicly just skipping one meal and eating the other two normally you should easily be in that range. Theres no need for extreme and agressive forms.

Your body is an image of you lifestyle and habits. You do lots of sport but eat just too little, you get thin but still kinda fit. You do sports and just eat the right amount your body needs you gain muscles. You dont move at all and eat nothing, become a weak stick. Dont move and eat too much, you become a fat blob.

Dont force your body into something that does not resemble your lifestyle. You will become fatigue sooner or later. Change your lifestyle. And most important, dont go into extremes. Be balanced in the middle. Be healthy. Be happy. You have only this one life. Embrace it.
