Most of my muscle is probably kill by now, so I guess I'm probably still a little skinnyfat, though I can vaguely see my some of my ribs from my back. Actually I don't doubt part of it's dysmorphia, now that you mention it. Anyway, thanks anon. I'll try maintaining for a week or two and seeing how it works out.

This sounds like a question for /fit/ but I assume there are going to be lots of conflicting opinions. What would you prefer? Using weights or just your body? I myself can't motivate myself to exercise at home. I just made it a routine for myself to go to the gym and once I'm there, exercising doesn't seem like such a hassle anymore and I don't have to force myself to do it.
